Transportation and Parking

We offer 24-hour complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the DFW International Airport. When you arrive at DFW Airport, proceed as follows:
1. Retrieve your luggage from the Baggage Claim Area first.
2. Call the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport directly at 972-929-4500.
A Service Express Operator will schedule your pick up.
Be sure to give your first and last name and the Terminal/Gate where you are located.
3. Proceed downstairs to the Shuttle Bus pick up area. Look for the Signs marked "Courtesy Vans."
Below are the marked locations within the terminals for pickup:
•A10 A35
•B6 B46
•C19
•D1 D29
•E10 E31
You will be looking for a white shuttle and/or van marked Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport.
4. There may be others waiting for different shuttles so when you see the shuttle and/or van wave to the driver so he knows to stop for you.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for airport pick-up.

5. Departures from the Hotel to the Airport run at the top of every hour.
