Official Rules & Category Guide

The DFW Reborn Art Contest celebrates the artistry, realism, and creativity of reborn and silicone doll artists. Artists may enter categories based on experience level, material, or artistic style.

Contest Categories:

Reborn Beginner
Artists who have been reborning 4 years or less and have never created a prototype.
Requirements: Baby must wear an all white onesie. No belly plates permitted.

Advance Reborn
Artists who have been reborning 8 years or less and have never created a prototype.
Requirements: Baby must wear an all white onesie. No belly plates permitted.

​

Master Reborn
Artists who have been reborning 8+ years OR have created a prototype.
Requirements: Baby must wear an all white onesie. No belly plates permitted.

​

Silicone
Silicone artists with less than 4 years experience and no prototype work.
Requirements: Must be a full-body silicone doll wearing diaper only. No clothing or props permitted.

​

Advanced Silicone
Artists with 4+ years experience OR who have created a prototype or artist proof.
Requirements: Must be a full-body silicone doll wearing diaper only. No clothing or props permitted.

​

Vinyl Toddler
Open to all skill levels.
Requirements: Must use a toddler kit (approximately 24–36 inches) and must stand upright or sit securely.

​

Vinyl Fantasy
Fantasy or alternative vinyl dolls including imaginative characters such as fairies, mermaids, hybrids, and other creative concepts.

​

Silicone Fantasy
Fantasy or alternative silicone dolls.
Requirements: Entry must be 6 inches or larger.
